How do I get the files?

Right after checkout you see a download button, and we also send the link to your email. You get one ZIP file with all PDFs in the language you chose.

Do I need special paper or a printer?

Any home printer works. Normal A4 or US Letter paper is fine. For the picture cards, slightly thicker paper (160–200 gsm) lasts longer when children play with them.

Can I return a digital product?

Files are delivered immediately, so a download cannot be sent back. If a file is damaged, will not open or is in the wrong language, write to us and we will send the right file or refund you. Returns & Refunds Policy
