These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website bravino.store and any purchase you make from it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully together with our Download & Delivery page, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. Who we are

The website bravino.store is operated under the trade name Bravino ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering and to keep it up to date.

3. Products

We sell digital products that we create ourselves: print & play games, printable activity books and printable kits in PDF format. We make every effort to describe them accurately. Images of printed games are for illustration; the look of your print may vary with your printer, paper and settings.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and, where applicable, include VAT. The total price is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no shipping costs.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Orders and conclusion of the contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy the selected products. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order, which happens right after your payment is accepted. You will receive an order confirmation email with your download links. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud; in that case any payment will be refunded in full.

6. Delivery of digital products

Paid products are delivered as download links on the order confirmation page and by email immediately after payment. Free editions and samples are delivered on the product page after you enter your email. Each paid order can be downloaded up to 5 times. Details are described on our Download & Delivery page.

7. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

Before you pay, we ask for your express consent that the download may start immediately and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once it has started. Until the download has started, you may withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason. The conditions and procedure, including the model withdrawal form, are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Legal guarantee and faulty files

We are responsible for any lack of conformity of our digital products in accordance with applicable law. If a file is faulty, incomplete or does not open, please follow Section 3 of our Returns & Refunds Policy – we will send you a working file or refund you.

9. Customer accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

10. Intellectual property and licence

All content on this website, including texts, images, videos, graphics, logos and the Bravino name, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Licence for printable games, activity books and kits. When you buy or download one of our digital products, including free editions, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to print and use the files as often as you like for your own household and, if you are a teacher or the leader of a club or group, for your own class, club or group. Teachers and group leaders may give printed copies to their pupils or participants to take home. If you buy a product as a gift, you may pass the files on once to the recipient; the licence then belongs to the recipient's household instead of yours. You may not otherwise share, upload or send the files to others, sell or resell the files or printed copies, or use them for any other commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false or fraudulent orders, or to upload harmful code or content.

12. Reviews and submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, photos or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, does not infringe the rights of others and is not unlawful or offensive. We may moderate or remove such content.

13. Third-party links and services

The website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as payment providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was concluded. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or internet outages, or disruptions of our hosting or payment providers. In such cases we will inform you and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

16. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first – most issues can be resolved quickly by email. Consumers in the EU may also contact their national consumer protection authority or an alternative dispute resolution body; in Bulgaria, this is the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg).

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order.
